6. Refunds & Returns

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of vending machine sales.

  • If a product is not dispensed despite a successful payment, you may request a refund within 7 days by contacting support@parfuhm.com and providing proof of purchase (receipt, payment confirmation).

  • We reserve the right to seek compensation for any damage caused intentionally or through negligence.
